Do I have to show my prices to the public?
No. Private mode is the default. Use Scapely on-site with your reps without publishing a single number, and turn on public pricing only when you're ready.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Start with Scapely Studio and Scapely Sales and hand won jobs to your current project-management tool. When you're ready, Scapely Build takes over operations. QuickBooks stays your accounting system either way, and signing is built in with Scapely’s Edge unless you want to keep SignNow or Dropbox Sign. See integrations →
Is this design software?
Not exactly. Keep your high-end design tool for fully custom work. Scapely handles the repeatable package jobs that make up most of your volume, and turns them into priced, signed contracts.
Does Scapely check utilities, setbacks or code?
No. Scapely is a visualization, pricing and contracting platform. Site validation, including utilities, easements, setbacks, HOA, drainage and code, stays with you as the licensed builder.
Scapely is founded by a pool builder. Can he see my data?
No. Scapely LLC is a separate company from Duplessis Pools. Access controls, audit logs and written terms keep your pricing, margins and leads private, including from Duplessis personnel.
How long does setup take?
Most builders self-onboard with their packages and pricing. Guided onboarding, custom 3D models and catalog builds are available when you want help.
